He spent over 20 years in Mexico after moving there after losing his farming operations and ranch in a lawsuit with his sisters. In the later years he spent his life in La Paz . The extended family visited him there . The attached pictures were from that visit. I am really sad that I was not able to visit him then .

"The machine is a tea-bag making machine. The machine produced about 1,200 or 1,800 tea bags per day , not sure which number but at least 1,200 The man standing to the right of the machine is "Arturo"who was San Tong's business partner in the company. The machine was used to bag Damiana Tea which comes from the Damiana plant that is used in health supplements and that grows wild in the outskirts of La Paz, Baja California.
San Tong was way ahead of his time in introducing this product because today's health food stores now carry Damiana based products such as tea extracts, and other health products that contain some form of the plant. "
